Duty Death: Brandon Little - [New Oxford, Pennsylvania]

NEW OXFORD, Pa. — A volunteer firefighter died after crashing his car in Adams County, Pa., while responding to a call Wednesday.

Firefighter Brandon Little, 19, of the United Hook and Ladder Fire Company #33, lost control of his Jeep Grand Cherokee, according to WHPTV.

The vehicle crashed through a post and a rail fence before hitting a tree. Firefighter Little was thrown from the car.

“When I saw that vehicle smashed up the way it was, I didn't want to get any closer to it,” said Larry McIntyre, who lives near the site of the wreck. “I walked over far enough to see a body laying there. I didn't want to see anymore.”
