Feline Starts Fire

Department: Lunenburg Fire Department - [Lunenburg, Massachusetts]

On Dec. 7, 2005, a fire ignited in a two-story home in Lunenburg, Mass. The fire started when a cat knocked a lamp onto a bed.

More than 30 firefighters from the Lunenburg, Fitchburg, Townsend and Leominster fire departments responded to the blaze, which destroyed the home.
